Cover Intelligence LLC ("Cover Intelligence," "we," "us," or "our") operates Aurora™, an AI-powered voice agent for businesses, and ManualLabor™, an AI-powered training manual generation service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with all of our services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information depending on which service you use:

• Business contact information — names, email addresses, phone numbers, and business names provided during onboarding, account setup, or contact form submissions.
• Aurora™ call and conversation data — transcripts, summaries, and metadata from calls and web chat sessions handled by Aurora™ on behalf of our clients.
• Aurora™ caller inquiry information — names, phone numbers, and inquiry details provided by callers when interacting with Aurora™. This information is captured as leads and delivered to the client business.
• ManualLabor™ uploaded documents — business documents, policies, brand guidelines, and other files uploaded by users to generate training manuals. These documents are used solely to generate your manuals during your active session.
• Payment information — ManualLabor™ payments are processed by Stripe. Cover Intelligence does not store credit card numbers or payment details. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data.
• Usage data — technical information about how our services are accessed, including IP addresses, browser type, and interaction logs.

2. How We Use Information

• Deliver Aurora™ voice agent services to client businesses
• Send automated lead summary notifications via SMS and email to opted-in Aurora™ clients
• Generate ManualLabor™ training documents from uploaded business content
• Process ManualLabor™ payments and deliver purchased documents
• Operate, maintain, and improve our platform
• Communicate with clients about their accounts and our services
• Comply with legal obligations

3. ManualLabor™ — Uploaded Document Data

When you use ManualLabor™, you upload business documents such as policies, procedures, and brand guidelines. Here is exactly how we handle that data:

• Purpose: Uploaded documents are used only to generate your training manuals. They are not used for any other purpose.
• Processing: Document content is sent to Anthropic's API to generate your manuals. Anthropic processes this data under their privacy policy and does not use it to train their models.
• Retention: Uploaded documents and generated manual content are stored temporarily in server memory during your active session. Once you download your files or your session ends, this data is not retained in any permanent database.
• Logo files: Uploaded logo images are used solely to brand your manual headers and are handled the same way as other uploaded documents.
• Your ownership: All content you upload remains your property at all times.

4. SMS Notifications

Cover Intelligence sends SMS notifications to business owners and managers who have explicitly opted in during our onboarding process. These messages contain lead summaries and inquiry notifications captured by Aurora™.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on call volume. To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. To request help, reply HELP.

We do not share your phone number or any personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties except as follows:

• Service providers — We use Twilio for telephony and SMS, Anthropic for AI processing, Stripe for payment processing, and Railway for hosting. These providers process data on our behalf under their respective privacy policies.
• Aurora™ client delivery — Caller inquiry information captured by Aurora™ is delivered directly to the client business that engaged our service.
• Legal requirements — We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

6. Data Retention

Aurora™: Call transcripts and lead summaries are retained for as long as necessary to deliver our services and maintain account records. Clients may request deletion of their data at any time.

ManualLabor™: Uploaded documents and generated manual content are not retained beyond the active session. We do not store your business documents after your session ends.

Contact form submissions: Contact information submitted through our website is retained to respond to your inquiry and may be used for follow-up communications related to our services.

7. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction. All data transmitted to and from our services is encrypted via HTTPS. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at the address below. We will respond to all requests within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify clients of material changes by email or by posting the updated policy on our website with a revised effective date.
